First Comes Love, then Comes Malaria: How a Peace Corps Poster Boy Won My Heart and A Third World Adventure Changed My Life - Eve Brown-Waite This whole story was interesting and funny. It's all about a girl who wants to save the world but really has a hard time with bugs/disease/general hardship. The stars in her eyes keep her from seeing the problem in things until she jumps right in. Her first landing is briefly in Ecuador, then with her new husband in Africa.
I wish that she'd started when she went to Africa, since those were the funniest and most interesting chapters. I wasn't too impressed until I got halfway through the book, but then I loved it.
