Shattered Souls - Mary Lindsey Lenzi goes from thinking she's crazy to learning that she's a special kind of medium that can make souls move on. To make this thought a little more palatable is Alden, a super hot guy who's destined to be her protector.
This is a really good take on the reincarnated-warrior-with-amnesia archetype. Lenzi was interesting and the reasons for her choices were compelling. I also liked how she wasn't just a normal girl. Up until Alden showed up she truly believed she was crazy. The major weakness was the character of Alden. He was super two dimensional. It was like the author wanted a rule book on cute legs. It makes it hard for me to get into the romance when the male character is totally unbelievable.
