In the Barrister’s Chambers - Tina Gabrielle I don't know why I keep trying to read romance novels. I never finish them. Usually it's because they get so steamy, but in this one I never even got that far. This was a case of a book taking itself way too seriously. I realize that the incredibly dramatic tone is a convention in romance novels but that doesn't make it any more boring.
