Boys that Bite - Mari Mancusi Can there be such a thing as too much voice? Typically when I read a book and I say that I can hear the voice it's the highest compliment. This time it really isn't. The voice of the character is so strong it gets in the way of the story. The story itself is a little flimsy. It feels like there's a lot of cuteness and not a lot of actual plot. Given the cute is really stinkin' cute, including some laugh out loud moments, so I'm not going to knock it too hard. Put on top of my normal vampire-aversion I wasn't a huge fan of this book. Hopefully the series gets stronger or I might be leaving this one on the library shelves.
