Darkness Before Dawn - J.A. London Darkness before dawn is a vampire story that I didn't mind, which is awesome for me! I feel like I'm working out of my prejudices. Or the set up was just great. Since I still feel pretty prejudiced, it's an awesome author moment. I really liked the combo of a paranormal character in a dystopian setting. It gave everything fresh life. That having been said the story dragged a lot in the beginning and occasionally the main character is TSTL. I also couldn't really get into the romance, which was sad because I really wanted too.
